THE HR ARCHITECTS TEAM
Our team is led by HR Architects founder Benedict L. Salvador, a 20-year HR and Training veteran, having gained his extensive experience and knowledge from various industries (academe, retail, ICT and business process management). Starting his HR and Training career as a staff assistant, Ned worked his way up to corporate leadership positions that had solidly established his reputation as one of the best in his field.
Alongside Ned is Managing Partner and Director for Operations Michael Padilla. Not only does he conduct training programs in Account Management, Strategic Selling & Marketing, Presentation & Negotiations, Business Writing and Team Management, Myke is also the creative mind behind HR Architects’ adult learning activities. Myke has more than 15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing and Business Development, garnered mostly from the ICT industry.
Working with Ned and Myke to deliver HR Architects’ programs and services is our pool of talents from various industries, each with more than a decade of experience in their fields. All have significant and reliable training experience, with some being certified to conduct the higher learning programs (Six Sigma, Neuro-Linguistic Programs, ISO, MBTI, DISC, etc.). More than being seasoned achievers in their respective careers, all have a passion for teaching and imparting values, and making a difference in an individual and an organization.
We embark our clients to a journey towards appropriate solutions. Thus, we adopted the ADDIE Model to help us work hand-in-hand in uncovering their exact needs and requirements.
